luluworstcustomerservicelemon

Let's start with the positive.

#1. It's not raining out
#2. My lululemon Scuba hoodie came via fedex today.

Two Christmas' ago Eric bought me a lululemon Scuba hoodie. I loved it. It was thick, warm, and the hood was amazing. It has thumb holes, which are good for "running" and keeping my wrists warm, but not so good after wearing it ALL the time. Everything is OK with that hoodie besides the cuffs around the hands. They're torn to shreads. I decided I needed a new one anyway since i don't have that many hoodies to wear.

So I head on up to Market Mall. GREAT. It's a Tuesday evening, the mall is decently dead but of course lulu has a fair amount of customers. I walk in, there's a young woman standing in the entrance way "greeting" people. I say "greeting" because she ignored me and avoided eye contact. I stopped near the entrance to the store and surveyed the layout, trying to locate the hoodies. I didn't see them so I decided to do a loop of the store. I headed right first, towards the back. I think I saw 2-3 employee's but I can't be too certain, they're hard to spot. (funny side note.. I once was mistaken as a lulu employee... me.. out of all people...)  So at this point, being at the back of the store, I may or may not have seen up to 4 employees. None of them said hi, none of them looked at me. All of them (minus the female at the front) kept folding and organizing with their heads down.

Alas! I found the scuba hoodies. I notice there's the color I wanted. A dark gray, and also a purple as a back up. I look at both of them... size 2. I look at all the rest of the colors.... size 2. There had to have been at least 40 hoodies on that table, i looked at EVERY ONE of them. All of them were size 2. I've Destroyed the display. I walk over to the girl at the front (she's the closest and i KNOW she works there) and I asked her if there were any other sizes in the scuba hoodies. "No, they're finished for the summer. They won't come back till winter"

Wow...... Do you know what would have been great shitty lululemon employee? If you would have said "hi" then I would have asked you where the hoodies were and you would have told me.. and maybe just maybe ask what i was looking for... "oh well lululemon employee... i'm looking for a size 8 scuba hoodie" and then she would have told me they were out and offered to call a different location and then when that doesn't work, suggest I go online.  HOLY CUSTOMER SERVICE BATMAN.

Instead I got really pissed off.. went to a different store (where they spoke to me as soon as I walked in and helped me find stuff) and spent buckets of money. If I would have found another hoodie, I wouldn't have given lululemon a second chance. But  I didn't. So I went home, went online and ordered a size 8 black scuba hoodie. It just arrived today. I love it. I hate Market Mall's awful customer service. I went into ... maybe 10 other stores after and only 2 of them had an employee who said anything to me when I walked it. Like - i get it if you're super busy. But it was Tuesday effing night.... the mall was dead man. *sigh* lesson learned... order online, the customer service is MUCH better.

Maybelline Mascara

Maybelline New York
The Falsies Volum' Express(R)
Brownish Black
My overall rating 3/10.
One point for having the color I wanted (not Black)
Two points for not clumping but still creating volume and thickness.
-2 points for having a wand that eventually I will have to pull my eye lashes out of and clean b/c it's clogged. (I find Silicone brushes don't cause this problem)
-5 points for Flaking. I don't care how awesome the color is, the wand or your new special non-clumping formula- if it flakes I don't want to wear it.

It's thick, it makes my eye lashes look thicker. But it's flakey as hell. I go to work in the morning after having put it on and everytime I pass by a mirror it looks like it's been raining brownish black bits all over my cheeks and under my eyes.
I went onto the Maybelline website and there's about 6 different ones that all look the same but are slightly different.

Volum' Express® The Falsies™ Washable Mascara

False lash glam. Corner-to-corner volume for 300% more visible lashes

Product Details

Why You'll Love It

False lash glam, instantly!
• Patented Spoon Brush fans out lashes from corner-to-corner, while our Pro-Keratin formula insantly builds volume without clumping (It doesn't clump but I'm not too sure about this "fan"ing action)
• Unique flexible wand helps to lift and separate lashes to provide the look of 300% more visible, fuller lashes, no gaps from any angle( Not that it doesn't do what it claims, I just find that silicone brushes do a better job.)
• Contact lens safe and ophthalmologist-tested ( I wear contacts and haven't had any issues)
• Washable, also available in Waterproof formula (I use the oil based Ultra bland from Lush to remove all my makeup and it works amazingly)

Neko Flies Cat Toy

https://www.nekoflies.com/

 Neko Flies Small Kittenator
$16.99 at Petplanet

Overall rating:
10/10
Even though Toedoe ate most of the toy he didn't get sick and he still loves it.

Expensive for a cat toy, but worth every penny. I bought this toy and a laser pointer the same day. He didn't even care about the laser pointer after bringing out the NekoFly. After we finished playing (I was finished Toe apparently still wanted more) I placed the rod and the toy on top of the fridge. Guess who climbed up there and took it down? I made the mistake of letting him bat it around unattended. He chewed the end bit to pieces. It's still useable and Toe still REALLY likes it.

Pearl Vision

Company: Pearl Vision
Location: Northhill Mall, Calgary
Over all satisfaction 0-10: ZERO

I purchased a pair of frames and lenses with all the add ons, all the extra bla-bling. Cost me around $300 dollars ( I can't find the receipt right now, maybe when I do I will add all the specifics)

Problem #1:
When I received the frames, they did not fit my face. They were about an inch too wide on either side of my head. None of the people there could fix them, they all just slightly bent them in so they stuck out really far then curved back in to touch behind my ears.

Problem #2:
After 3 months of owning them (keeping them nowhere but my face and my glasses case (My own because they did not give me one)) They received major damage to the lenses (large, deep scratches). I'm not sure how, but I thought I paid for the extras so this wouldn't happen. I went back, they couldn't do anything for me as it was my fault they scratched up so quickly.

Problem #3:
About a week ago, I was wearing my glasses and I put them on the night side table for the night. In the morning the protective coating had started to crack. The way mud dries, in patches and flaking upwards. I went back in again. "I can't do anything for you besides clean them".

Shit glasses, Shit service.
